Improved "recently deleted" gestures: Swipe left-to-right to restore and right-to-left to delete permanently. Disabled full-swipe actions in "recently deleted" to reduce accidental permanent deletion. Updated the help section with clearer guidance for saved letters, templates and "recently deleted".
