TABI (Topographical Aerial Boundary Interface) is a powerful declarative language by Space Japan Studios. Using simple syntax, you can create maps, flowcharts, and even maps with flowcharts. Integrated with TrinitySQL on the back end, TABI stores your coordinate data natively, allowing you to safely store thousands of nodes, cross-reference other maps, and even link from one map to another.
Features:
- Built-in syntax reference guide with grammar insertion.
- Simple IDE for compiling code on the fly.
- Syncing with iCloud so that you can work on your maps and flowcharts in macOS, then take them with you on your iPhone and iPad.
- TrinitySQL's native offline storage.
- Layer visibility toggling.
- Export to PNG, SVG, JSON, or TABI files.
- Map to editor coordinate insertion.
TABI-Z (In-app purchase)
- A form-based editor for non-coders or people who need to quickly make maps and flowcharts.
- Syntax-aware: TABI-Z is built using TABI's syntax rules, so you don't need to know the TABI language to make use of its powerful features.
- Map projection: Using the 'project' TABI grammar, you can reference a separate TABI map or graph and display it as a projection onto your current map. This allows you to keep your scripts manageable, while still displaying them together.
Use TABI for:
- Creating real-world maps, maps for your tabletop RPGs, or other fantasy worlds.
- Creating flowcharts for your business presentations.
- Making organizational charts to show hierarchies.
- Making timelines with descriptions.
- You can also using the graphing capabilities directly in your maps, in order to add labels and descriptions.
Future updates are already in the works with many new features actively in planning.
