Hello my name is jihad I use this application from 2015 but last 8 month the steps not counted as well I have another application actually it’s much better also I use my Apple Watch which showed me that between steps and Apple Watch there is minimum 3 km less

Dear User, thanks for your feedback. In general, Apple Health merges your steps between both devices. If you want to the steps tracked with your Apple Watch, you have to enable Apple Health Sync (requires StepsApp Pro): > Please open StepsApp> open Settings> find Apple Health cell> turn On "Synchronize Activities" or re-sync again.After that, you may need to restart your Apple Watch:> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204510> After that, please open StepsApp on your Apple Watch.Please e-mail us at help@steps.app if you need further support.StepsApp Team

Hello.. what really annoys me is that when I walk on the treadmill or while using elliptical it doesn’t count. It is a very good application and all of my friends use it and we all face the same problem. Thank you.
