Keep your subliminals anywhere. • Save as an audio file (Premium): in the player, tap ••• then Save audio file. Keep it in Files, AirDrop it, or play it in any app. • The most popular scripts are now one tap away when you create. • Every category now shows its most chosen scripts first. • A fresh welcome screen and a clearer script library. • Fixed a rare crash when a sound failed to start. • The player orb is a little smaller, so everything fits better. Thank you for your reviews and ideas. Keep listening. It's working.

New scripts and smoother creating. • Two new expert scripts: Being Chosen and New Clients Every Day. • Smarter script suggestions for exams, going viral and more. • Share your manifestation story anonymously if you like. SelfMade never shows your name or photo. • Fixed: a script you wrote or generated is no longer swapped for an expert script you looked at earlier. • Cleaner player layout. Keep listening. It's working.

Your affirmations, now on your Home Screen. • New widget: a line from tonight's subliminal, in your own words, on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Tap it to start listening. • Invite friends: share your code from Profile. Your friend gets a bonus subliminal, and so do you. Already subscribed? You get a free month instead. • SelfMade is now available in German and French. • The player now shows each affirmation as you hear it, even at 1.5x and 2x. • A new Tonight card: one tap to play tonight's subliminal, and your week at a glance. • Cleaner layout on smaller iPhones like the iPhone SE. Keep listening. It's working.

A new welcome, and more ways to fall asleep your way. • A new welcome screen shows how it works: speak it, hear it, manifest it. • Your new subliminals start softly audible so you hear your own voice, then ease back to your usual mode. • SATS is now adjustable: choose how long your voice stays audible and when the background fades, or keep it on all night. • The sleep timer now goes up to 8 hours, or all night. • Signs you've noticed are easier to see from the player. • Left onboarding halfway? You'll pick up right where you stopped. Thank you to everyone who sent feedback. Several of these came straight from you. Keep listening. It's working.

Your nights, made easier. • Tap your bedtime reminder and tonight's subliminal opens, ready to play. • Skipped the bedtime step? Set one anytime from your library. • Pasting a long script now works. It splits into lines so Continue never gets stuck. • Recording your first subliminal is smoother and clearer. • The Robotic voice style is now called Classic. • A quick check-in lets you tell us how it's going. Keep listening. It's working.

Turn it up, or turn it down. • New voice sliders: in Subliminal mode, keep your voice fully hidden or bring it up to a soft murmur. In Supraliminal mode, set it as soft or as clear as you like. • New volume sliders for the sound bed and the frequency layer, so you can set each one exactly how you like it. • Whisper mode is now called Supraliminal. • The 528 Hz love frequency is now softer, so it sits gently under your subliminal. • Every sound and frequency now has a short description, so you know what you're picking. • Fixed playback sometimes stopping when your screen locks. Thank you for your reviews and ideas. Keep listening. It's working.

Your sound, your way. • New "No background sound" option in the player, for when you want to hear just your voice. • Every background sound can now be picked in the player, not only when you create. • A smoother first subliminal for new listeners. Keep listening. It's working.

Steadier and smoother. • Fixed crashes when opening an empty library, starting dictation, playing from the lock screen, and exporting on iPad. • If your library takes a moment to load, SelfMade now waits for it instead of closing. • Offers now show prices in your local currency. Keep listening. It's working.

Choose your voice, and start tonight. • New starter voices: pick Robotic or Natural, female or male, and hear a sample first. Plus a quick guide to getting Apple's free natural voices. • Tonight's session: a nightly listening goal in your library, with your streak and one tap to play. • New "Trust the Process" script for building belief in your practice. • The player now remembers your favourite mode. • A steadier script writer, and the limited-time offer screen shows up far less often. Keep listening. It's working.

Change the sound without re-recording. • New: the Sound button in the player. Swap your ambient bed (rain, ocean, fireplace and more) or the frequency layer mid-listen — your voice stays exactly as you recorded it. • Starter-voice recordings are now stored safely and no longer lose their audio. • Archived subliminals are always within reach — restore or delete them straight from your library. • Steadier playback: the player recovers itself more reliably, and the theta layer sits at the right level under the sound bed. • The app now speaks Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil), end to end. Keep listening. It's working.

Smoother, steadier listening. • Playback fixes — your subliminal no longer stops on its own when you connect AirPods or talk to Siri, and the lock screen player stays where it belongs, so you can pause and skip without unlocking. • Your words, first — the desire you type during setup now comes back to you as your own "picture the moment" card. • Hear a frequency before you choose it — tapping theta in the sound picker now actually plays it, at the level you'll hear in the finished track. • Sharper first run — what you write about your goal now shapes the scripts and cards we show you, so nothing feels off-target. • Your takes are safe — coming back to the recorder after stopping early no longer wipes what you'd already recorded. • Plus a more accurate rating on the welcome screen and polish across every translation. Keep listening. It's working.
