• Receive correspondences pending for review/approval/any directives from office manager or another sender in a focused inbox
• Annotate PDF attachments with markup tools and add electronic signature
• Configure a set of quick instructions and insert any instruction as a reply to task sender with one click
• Classify and quickly access inbox items according to their priority level and confidentiality level
• Keep track of all actions and tasks that took place on the correspondence and know where it is standing through a correspondence log
• Receive instant notifications
