I've been on twitter for 9 years now and I can very confidently assert that it's the reason I am who I am. It changed the way I think and the way I analyze and how I negotiate and it helped shape my beliefs. That's because I was brought up in a conservative cruel society and twitter was my outlet to the world. I learned how people think and what they experience and I adapted to it and I changed. If it weren't for twitter i would have probably ended up sexist or homophobic or racist like most of the people in my community are. I'm different and I owe that to this app. Also a lot of funny people there. I enjoy it all.

I like Twitter application because it is easy to use, giving outstanding opportunities to users to get together and be friends and follow one another’s news and activities. I’ve been using X for the past month, and I’ve only faced problems on top of problems because of their faulty system that detects every move as a policy violation, regardless of any policy & rules procedures I take into consideration while launching an ad or posting a random post. Moreover, after they suspend your account or pause your ad for no logical reason, they ask you to contact their helpless “help center” that has not replied to the appeals I submitted two weeks ago, resulting in an absurd delay in my social media agenda. If you want to apply strict systems that monitor the user’s activity, at least hire a support team that actually replies to your desperate calls for support and doesn’t leave you hopelessly waiting for an answer.

As an all, Twitter is a good app. However, lots and lots of accounts are getting suspended for no valid reason, including mine. In fact, I got locked out for changing my birthdate (I was younger than 13 when I created this account and now decided to change the “fake” birthdate I put at the time). And at my surprise, Twitter still decided to lock me out of my account because I created it when I was about 12, a mistake that I made years ago. I’ve also heard a lot of stories of people getting their accounts suspended for no apparent reason. About 10 months ago, Twitter said that they would fix this problem, but they still haven’t done anything! Such a shame...
