Reveal Field (formerly known as Field Service Dispatch for Reveal) makes it easy for dispatchers to efficiently schedule and communicate about jobs with technicians and customers. With the Reveal Field mobile app, technicians can easily share job progress and important job details with the office, helping to simplify communication and increase productivity in the field. Technicians can also capture proof of service details, such as job notes, photos and signatures.
The Reveal Field app lets you:
• Review your jobs for the day and receive notifications when your schedule changes.
• Capture important job notes, photos and signatures.
• Access everything you need for a job—including customer information and history, location and directions.
• Keep dispatchers updated on job statuses, including travel time and time on site.
• Continue using the app when there's no signal; information will sync when you're back online.
