Beware of Hidden Charges!

I was excited to download and use this app. To be fair, the app works fine, save for the fact that you can’t pause the workout to do anything else on your phone. If you exit, you can’t continue from where you left off. It’s user friendly and great for both beginners and persons who are more advanced. Everyone can utilize and workout at their own pace. I downloaded the app and selected ONE MONTH. It was at a discounted price, which was a plus since I have never used one of these apps before. I figured at least I get to test it and see how useful it would be to be before I committed to continuous subscription. This app DOES NOT appear under your subscriptions section in your settings! I went to find it to see if I needed to cancel my subscription but because it was not there, I figured ok, it’s fine. I signed up for one month and won’t be charged again…. Boy was I wrong. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged another month’s subscription fee and this time in full! For an app that I used 3 days out of my 4 week subscription. It’s a good thing I picked it up right away, otherwise my card would have continued being charged. I contacted support and was told it’s because I didn’t cancel the subscription. But nowhere does it say that you have to go their website to do so. And of course, they won’t refund my money!

If you’re unsure how to cancel your subscription, please note that we provide all the necessary information on the checkout page before your first payment. Additionally, after the payment is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. Unfortunately, we have not found your request.
