공동주택의 층간소음문제를 소통을 통해 해결하고자 LH공사 토지주택연구원에서 개발된 층간소음 소통시스템을 위한 층간소음 소통앱입니다.
윗층에서 소음이 발생하면 자동으로 윗층 주민의 스마트 폰에 경보가 전달되며,
아래층의 주민은 이 앱을 이용하여 소음자제 시간과 소음 강도를 설정할 수도 있습니다.
이 앱을 다운로딩받아 설치하고, 층간소음 소통시스템에 로그인을 하면 층간소음 소통시스템을 이용하실 수 있습니다.
기능은 다음과 같습니다.
1. 시스템 로그인 기능
- 층간소음 소통시스템에 로그인할 수 있습니다.
2. 소음피해 상황 통지기능
- 층간소음 소통시스템으로 층간소음 피해상황을 통지할 수 있습니다.
- 피해상황 통보를 통해 층간소음 설정강도를 변경할 수 있습니다.
3. 층간 소음 설정기능
- 층간소음 자제시간(평일, 휴일)을 설정할 수 있습니다..
