I enjoy shopping using your platform. It’s customer friendly and has good features . But I must state that some products are of low quality and it was not the one which was advertised and shown in pictures. You must realize that we are far away and we do not see the product physically when we order and at times it was found that low quality items are received when the orders are placed . As administrator , you can’t do much about this as it is the responsibility of the seller to be honest and be fair in the trade . But in an indirect way it will affect Alli Express as customers will not use the app and order items if the sellers are not of quality and they do not deliver as promised . I suggest that sellers must be informed in this regard as it will improve the buyer confidence and faith on the Ali Express platform. I take trouble in writing this as I very very much like your app and I want this to be there and go forward ironing out obstacles and grow from strength to strength .

I have been using this app and purchase products for almost three years. The shipments were most of the time was on time. Even during COVID times and also in times there were lockdowns. The refunds were also made for the products which was not shipped. Tracking system works properly also as customers we need to track the product if it’s not delivered to ask for the refund on time.
