App is good as it has channels and where we can pay a small amount to watch whenever we want. However not many channels are available to watch in Mobile devices, some of them are only for TV. Pls try to enable all the channels available to Mobile devices too.
Screen mirroring.
I used airplay and mirrored the app on my Samsung Smart Tv. I was able to play one or two movies. But some movies didn’t work. And live television doesn’t work at all ( through airplay ) . I can hear the sound through the tv, but the video is not shown ( The loading icon will show for a while and get stuck on that ). Plus, whenever I start the app, the app opens with an error message “Oops Something went wrong, Please try again later”. There was another error message whenever I tried to play some movies “Cannot play content due to lack of resources” and the video doesn’t play ( in some movies ) . Other than the issues above the app is alright. 3rd Dec 2020.

We will ensure we get back to you as soon as possible. Further , we have not launched the screen mirroring feature on mobile app yet. Hence it will not function as you expected. Hope you will bear with us 👍
Bad service
What is this 3rd class service? I’ll tried to get DIALOG ViU app and it perfectly installed. Then I tried to go for IPL matches so Dialog pass a massage please select subscription daily or monthly so I was selected monthly but cannot to view and massage came “opps something went wrong. Try again later” then I’ll contacted customer care they said they will attempt to solving problem within next 24 hours. What stupid answer that was. Which I need now but this stupid third class service provider says wait 24 hours.
This is really 3rd class stupid connection what got.
