I have more than 20 Airbnb accounts and I manage lot of properties all are only running with Airbnb only, very easy very friendly for hosting. Payment policies are awesome. And help and support center very quickly. Highly recommended to all. Thanks Airbnb team.
They cheat ! Be careful about your money

I have done a transaction through airbnb to a host, unfortunately host was stopped his place for businesses and informed airbnb. Since I’m a sri lankan and i had to use my LKR account for the transaction in another currency to the client. I’m am not informed by the airbnb that the host was stopped their place for rent and all the communication methods was declined by the airbnb and i had no choice to contact the host before the transaction and once I do the txn payment instantly went to airbnb. Then i was able to contact the host and they said its closed. Then i had to ask the host to cancel the booking and for a refund. I really didint want a situation like this. Hope you all know there was a currency conversion since my account is LkR. I had the refund in full after 10 working days but for the currency conversion there was a loss of 8,000/- lkr and i had to bear this. Anyways pls don’t youse these kind of apps and companies. They are with you only to take your money. Thats it. I don’t want this to happen to any person hereafter.
Needs more attention to airbnb hosts

I think airbnb should give medical cover to hosts and co-hosts as they are exposing themselves to airbnb guests from all over the world carrying many sicknesses. They insure the airbnb houses and apartments but also need give hosts and super hosts who are trying their best to maintain the name of airbnb and promote the brand name. Hope this review reaches the right eyes in airbnb and they implement more facilities and benefits for hosts of airbnb.
