Platform is valuable but Sellers are not genuine and mostly cheap and poor quality item. Daraz working as a broker and if happen any item manufacturer issue, Daraz not talking any responsibility about the order and leave with seller decision. In customer site it’s not fair decision. Cannot trust daraz and not protect customers all the times. Customer care just telling system showing status and some simple things and they cannot take any action just like a bot. Have much thing to study from Aliexpress. How they handle the customers and how take fair decisions and how to remove spam item and sellers. Study that firstly! I used since from the beginning Daraz. Actually I’m not satisfied as a customer and I cannot recommend to others.

I had to keep calling for another week asking to enable the return button. Then the return button appeared after two weeks saying it’s expired. I’m totally disappointed on your service guys.
