Good ui but one problem

This app has a really nice ui to it but when I try to register the thing is I don’t receive the otp even though I have put the number correctly.

Experience

I have activated the plan by bank transfer and an annual plan was activated. Been using it for a while searching for some places. Finally I went to Gihan’s pub and asked for the slash they said it was not available. Then I informed the customer care in slash and they said it was sorted. So I revisited it. But the status was still the same. No response about slash from the Gihan’s. I also tried at Bibos Nugegoda it also said the same that slash is not avaible. I am fed up of going for a slash. It’s better we just go and buy and eat without this slash.
