Suggestion for App Modifications

For the SLIC customer mobile application following items should be developed.
1. Registration of the customer
a. For the first time it is asking for customer verification inwriting. If you enter another life policy later, it is asking the same again. That should not be necessary. (Wasting of papers)
b. For latter polices it can be easily done by without paperwork by sending an OTP to registered mobile and email which is in the system (Proposal).
2. When touching the covers button, it is just popping up all the covers. If it can be developed to show just as bonus button or showing in a separate page with some description the customer can get a better idea of covers.

3. Other than that, the customers whose having Comprehensive Health Plus cover doesn’t have any trace of what they have used so far for the year. What they have earned from no claim period etc. if we can graphically show this the customer have much knowledge of their cover.

4. Finally, by improving the app like this we can reduce the gap between the customer and the company. They will have good understanding that what the have so far and which vulnerability they should have to face.

App doesn’t work

I’ve tried several time to reinstall it. But it says “cannot install the application. Please try again later. “

Worst app

Not user friendly, very slow, there are many functionality issues, when I submit the photos of the bills, it captures and submits only part of them, always they reject the claims reasoning not relevant things.
