Dremotto helps you calm your mind and fall asleep faster with a dream theme you choose.
Pick a theme. Watch a short visualization. As you drift off, a gentle voice whispers related words. When sleep is detected, your theme is whispered back to you three times, fading softly away.
The App is inspired by published research on Targeted Dream Incubation. More than 60% of users report seeing their chosen theme appear in their dreams. Most simply find Dremotto a calmer, more deliberate way to fall asleep.

The App uses a workout session on Apple Watch to keep sleep monitoring active while you are falling asleep. This may use more battery than usual.
HealthKit is used to determine your sleep state using Apple Watch by monitoring your heart rate and motion.
After sleep is detected and the session ends, both iPhone and Apple Watch stop active monitoring and return to normal state.
