Description
UnderControl CMMS. Manage assets and inventory, add requests and work orders, create repair manuals, .... All this using a fast, secure and user-friendly application.
Dashboard - overview of the current maintenance status. View your current tasks, recent events and alarms.
Tasks - view requests and work orders in the form of a list or calendar. Schedule tasks, assign users or groups to them, assign recurring tasks. Track progress, users, time, material consumption, and use of spare parts. Add photos, videos, pdf files, manuals and plan the use of spare parts.
Spare parts warehouse - manage spare parts and consumables. Set a limit and get notified when your quantity drops below it. Track usage for individual tasks and assets. Add technical sheets and manuals in pdf format.
Assets - manage assets in created locations. Track status, failures and history. Schedule tasks and technical inspections. UnderControl supports multi-level asset structure and sub-asset usage history tracking.
Knowledge base - create how-to, repair and service instructions in the form of simple steps that can include photos, videos, PDF documents, YouTube videos, text, or links.
