Būdavo atvejų, kai į mano užsakymą faktiškai nebuvo įtraukta kelių produktų, bet pinigus už juos man visada grąždavo, be to, aš tiesiog nurodau pristatymo datą pora dienų anksčiau, ir šios problemos dėl trūkstamų prekių daugiau nėra. Vienintelis dalykas, kurį patobulinciau, tai galimybė palikti arbatpinigių tiesiogiai programėlėje.

Inconsistent delivery and missing items

Barbora should really inform their customers that they occasionally use special needs couriers who are beyond normal guidance comprehension and/or have absolutely zero English skills. That being said, I've found their customer service to be relatively accommodating. I've ordered a bunch of times and, unfortunately, every time something is missing. Now they do not inform you of this in any way before or after but you supposedly (?) get a refund directly to your account. The idea behind the service is great, if somewhat lacking in execution at times.

I really like this platform but Please make this platform to work faster! It is really annoying when you need to wait when you do filtering or wait while platform uploading products
After update can’t use the app

After the update of the app, can not use it properly anymore… works only on special ads, but when i try to purchase regular products - app does not work and shows only blank grey screen without products. It is very upsetting as i used to order everything through this app…now gonna have to swich to other stores..
