Nerve wrecking
App logs out a lot and when in store at cash desk want to use the app need to log in again and again via website with email and so on.
Very bad
The idea behind apps is that it should improve and simpify the life for users. In this case this app does it otherwise. Registration process was horrible. Login is done through the web browser. App auto disconnects after some time. Which means that when you at the cash register, you have to to enter the password to login. Overall the IT department did a horrible job.
Bad UX
Horrible user experience. It is so difficult to create an account. The app asks me my email address for confirmation and I provide it to them, but nothing happens, then after several attempts it shows that I had too many attempts.
