Bolt Food 4+

They are using a chat bot for customer support. My order was late, in delivery map I saw currier stoping for about 30 minutes in some place of course after picking up my order. I reached out to check with support and got a useless answer from some chat bot and a ticket closed immediately. Currier arrived with cold food and apologised for the delay, I was quite annoyed, but at least he apologised. So the main issue I see is customer support, hire more people to take core of problems instead using a chat bot. In contrast - when using wolt it is always a person who answers and I am always reasonably compensated in case of any issues.
Other then that, selection of restaurants is good, so 2 stars instead of 1.

-Unfair client assistance. -late response. -never bringing a solution -if I want to cancel my order because it took an hour and half longer than expected, they tell me they will charge me to compensate the restaurant. And if the restaurant decide to cancel on me after taking my order for an hour and half, why don’t you charge them and compensate me and my time ? -they are never compensating the inconveniences and never accurate or efficient . Check my last order experience (which is a terrible one of so many) and you will see. i was cancelled on after 80minutes of wait, exactly at the time when my delivery was supposed to arrive . After all of that waste of time, and most of the other restaurants closed already, the support answered after ages and said, your money will be refunded in 14 days! Seriously? I decided to delete my account and uninstall this bolt food application forever. And I hope all the costumers who had such experiences would do the same to help improve the service and get them to take good actions and respect the costumers. PS: I have been using the app since it first started in my region years ago and noticed how the service quality dropped completely to the ground and underneath when they got more users.

The inkompetence of the BOLT MARKET shop workers perfectly fits the incompetence of BOLT support. It took 5 hours (!!!!) to get an answer for the order On sum 26eur I haven’t got, because they drlivered me the wrong one, with some cheap alcohol and chips. And I was waiting 5 hours to get NO COMPENSATION and “we will give back your money to BOLT balance” - like I must be happy they do it? I want my money back to my BANK ACCOUNT, it’s not a 5 eur that you can just return to account and everything will be ok, that’smuch more serious fail and I feel scammed and abused with such a low-quality support and awful attitude. That’s not my fault that shop workers see no difference betweenbasic order with chicken and some “drunk evening” order with beer. And the fact that courier, when i called him just 1min after delivery, told me that “the order has your name” brings this awful experience in even more awkward level.
So, conclusion about BOLT: your taxi is good, but your food delivery is pure **** and support level is ****.
