Ratings and Reviews
Inconvenient
No easy way to check the areas where the car can be left, like you are driving and you are forced to explore the app, then the app automatically zooms in to the place you are currently in. Terrible ux, inconvenient. it forces to play with the map while driving
Perfect when you work in the old town
I’m using this app for more than three years now. It was slow at first, had some bugs, but it’s fixed now. Love the new cars! Unfortunately, the walk time to the car now is written shorter than the earlier version showed. But the app works much faster!
Buggy and has bad information on the app
The app freezes constantly, impossible to select cars most of the time. Loading the nearest cars takes up to 10 minutes at times.
It says that I don't have a driver's license attached, but I do. And then when I go to re-attach it there is nowhere to do that, even though it clearly states that the function can be found under the profile. That, however is false, it isn't there.
