We offer a flexible and unique opportunity for English speakers 13+ to make a direct impact on someone’s life while discovering a new culture and meeting a new friend.
We’ll pair you up with a buddy (-ies) in Ukraine for weekly videochats at times that are convenient for you. During your conversations, you’ll practice English with your partner(s), learn about each other’s cultures, and offer an empathetic, authentic space for connection.
No teaching experience or knowledge of Ukrainian is required to volunteer with us. All of our participants can understand and hold a basic conversation in English.

This release delivers a major overhaul of the Assessment & Feedback system for both Students and Volunteers, and Training Confirmation for Students directly in app.
Key changes: new date-based assessment lifecycle (Start/Due dates visible on Home page), 9-month student evaluation replaced with 12-month, new Volunteer Program Satisfaction surveys (3-month & 9-month) with full notification flow (banners, pop-ups, emails), removal of all "Volunteer Assessing Student" assessments, and proper expired assessment handling. The release also includes time zone fixes, UI improvements, and bug fixes.
