Currectly if we set the scrolling direction it is the same for all documents. It would be nice, if, for example, you could scroll horizontally in one document and vertically in another without constantly having to change the settings.Also, good note could have a simmilar template to freeForm where the page is endless and can be used for mindmaps ect.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using GoodNotes. It’s a powerful and intuitive app that has elevated my note-taking and organization. However, I have a few feature suggestions that could enhance the user experience even further:1.Expanded Outline OptionsWhile the current outline feature is helpful, it would be great to have the ability to create sub-outlines within the main outline. This would allow for better organization and the ability to break down topics into smaller, more manageable parts.2.Auto-Generated FlashcardsA feature to automatically generate flashcards from the notes we write would be a game-changer. For students and learners, this could save time and make revision much more efficient by seamlessly converting key points into flashcards.3. Pin the document would be also an amzing addition to the app. It having a free will to organize the folders and notes as you want rather than by given options. 4. Overall when you open the app would be amazing to have on the side of the sidebar the view of all different folders you have and always have it when you go in into the document just for easier navigation within the app. These additions would take GoodNotes from okay to indispensable. Despite these suggestions, I truly enjoy the app and find it an invaluable tool for learning and productivity.

Updates break features

Good app for what note-taking I need, except for the fact that recent updates made a lot of small things behave wrong in the app, like making right angle triangles impossible to draw using their shape tools, or lines never attaching to objects properly. It’s also impossible to erase the colour fill of shapes when you draw them or drag one over another. Vertical lines have become always slanted when drawn in tandem with another perpendicular line. These issues didn’t exist up until a couple months ago, but each one adds up to a significantly worse user experience, especially when I rely on schematics, shaped diagrams and drawings.
