After multiple complaints, and clear evidence of me being right, they are keep ignoring and sending same automated messages over and over again. If they are not able to assist you just because they want to spare 1 JOD, what would happen if you actually have a big problem with them. After reading hundreds of bad reviews on all their platforms, I would same exact same thing as the rest of the people. Worst customer service.I will collect all the bad reviews from all you platform’s and send it to customer rights. There should be someone who will be interested in your scams 🙂
