UNIPARK – the official parking service operator in all cities across Lithuania
I wanted to buy monthly pass, but the app doesn't allow me to do this here. On the other hand, I can't even log intomthe system via web version. This is a completely awful experience. It is constantly highlight the password field with a red outline without any explanation. If I input a wrong password on purpose, the error notification pops up that the password is incorrect. Even if I try to reset it, the system says the reset email has sent to my email. However, there is no any message, even in the spam folder.

The app automatically preselects the zone you’re in, so as usual I’ve started my payment timer. After one hour I’ve found a parking violation notice for 10€. Contacted customer support to clarify why I’m being charged for violation if I’m paying for the zone that was preselected for me, and was told that apparently I’m standing in a private Unipark’s parking zone which I should’ve selected separately. How should the customer know these things, and why the app doesn’t preselect it correctly then? The customer support told me that the app doesn’t preselect anything, but then stood corrected admitting that it preselects only the closest public zone, which obviously is confusing. I didn’t receive an apology, nor a suggestion to get my violation charge waived, nor did I get my money back for paying for their wrongly picked zone! Great example of a terrible user experience and how customer support cases should not be handled.

We apologize for the negative experience you had using our services. We would like to clarify that the app suggests parking zones closest to you based on your device's GPS location (if enabled). This is done for the user's convenience, as it narrows down the number of parking zones the user has to go through to choose the correct one. However, before starting the parking, it's important to check the signs at the parking zone to ensure you've selected the correct zone. The app doesn't automatically start the parking in the suggested parking zone, and there's always a reminder in the app to check the signs before starting the service. Worst ever app that is not cancelling the service and keeps charging you

This is one of the worst apps I have ever had to use. These guys have a crazy bugged app that really loves to keep charging you even after you stop the service. Every single parking payment is followed by their fee, that are making a ton of money and still are unable to provide decent service. I have been overcharged due to the reasons of UNAVAILABILITY TO CANCEL THE SERICE and the APP MALFUNCTION where a stopped service just kept running, where I have not been compensated no matter the communication with support. I will be deleting the app and never using it again, even though it is far the most modern looking services on market, such approach towards users is very inappropriate.

Active parking session cannot be canceled/terminated

A repeated error that is happening from time to time, that looks like cannot be fixed. Left one parking area, came to another one, opened the app to register in the red zone but apparently have the old session running (though there shouldn’t be). Tried to terminate, cancel it but with no success. Updated the app, rebooted the cellphone, but it didn’t help. Have tried calling customer support a number of times but they cannot be reached for 20-30 minutes.Previously experienced the same issue a couple of months ago resulting in a fine because couldn’t pay for parking having old active session ongoing. No automatic parking machines were near.
