From my perspective everything is good if content is not accessible because of blocked IP or region, just change the region with a few clicks and that's it 👍 3 things to improve: 1. While traveling across countries would be nice if APP could auto update the closest/fastest region (could be an extra option in the APP) 2. Battery consumption. Sometimes surfshark is number one APP in battery usage. Most of the times it uses 10-15% of the battery (that's a lot while traveling when you need that phone). A few times noticed 25% usage and today it's 35% (most likely because I had active hotspot to share internet connection). Using automatic wireguard protocol. 3. Since phone battery consumption is quite high, maybe would be nice to have a mode where VPN could be active only for WiFi connection in order to keep information safe when using WiFi and save some battery when mobile data is used.Thank you and I hope my next trip will be even smoother and I will have no issues using surfshark 🤞😁

Would be a great service, but Surfshark is using aggressive and unfaithful commercial practises. When you buy a one month subscription you automatically are opt-in for the auto-renewal WITHOUT your explicit agreement! This fact is shamefully hidden from you and after not using the service for some time you still get charged for nothing. You can disable auto-renewal only by contacting customer support and getting a link to the hidden page! Also, don't expect to get a refund for the month of service that you didn’t use, they will refuse to do that. This is a shameful practice and completely forbidden by the EU law. I hope they get that fat-ass fine, which they deserve.

Also, many times some websites just refuse connection at all until you disconnect from Surfshark. Other than that, all good. The other product by this developer, NordVPN, was better but they went crazy with pricing (asked for 5x increase at renewal and got immediate good bye from me).
