I have soooooo long an account whit them, but this start make me so mad and angry, HOW TO CONTACT FOR HELP IF YOU CANT LOGIN , all the time same issue, i can log in before whitout problems,now i dont know what they did. I dont get any message or something,now cant log in or contact for support , becouse every way is so dificult... Tryed web on pc,mobile app, browsers and no possible dosomething,looks like im blocked whitout any info. error just something is wrong. I didint make anything wrong frommy side, and i cant do anything whitout the hellp. Giving 1 start just becouse it is not possible contact them as a quest, and aslo this issue anoying alot.

They pend transactions for no particular reason, and if you are a digital creator, they will embarrass you in front of your customers with their payment suspension for no particular reasons which sometimes remains in their service pending for over a month! And if you try to approach their customer service they will keep replying to your emails with bot-written messages that won’t solve the issue. It’s one of (if not the) worst payment services. Try Wise or Strip instead.

Been using PayPal for several years. However they have decided to take all facility's off me with no answer to why. After 9 days of asking I just get the same generic answers back. I won't be using PayPal from now on the advisors have no clue what they are saying and there is zero customer services. I find it shocking that a company of this size doesn't know anything .. or rather it does it just doesn't want to disclose the information .. shocking!
