Impossible to create account under foreign mobile number.I wanna pay for parking, but I don’t have local cash (coins), so I’ve tried to create account and pay by card. But this “smart” system unable to register my foreign phone number. Shame.

As of 2026 possible to add phone and set it up as foreign user (LTU). Chose english but pretty much everything stayed in polish which was bad UX but otherwise it works
