Good book collection, but last year started problems with opening the app.They promise you can download a book and then read it offline / with no internet available.It’s not the case anymore . The app is just not opening when there’s no connection. It gets stuck and doesn’t open even the list of downloaded books!More than that! Even when you have strong Wi-Fi, it crashes the first time you open it - shows “There’s a problem with your connection. Please check your connection and try again “. It happens every time you open the app! So you need to close it and try to open again - then it works.It so irritating! Thinking of killing the subscription.

Monthly limit

The free month subscription worked fine and was really good. I extended the subscription for the next month, but after I listened to one book (part 1 of 2) not even the whole book, it wouldn’t allow me to listen further. Said I reached a monthly limit of listening and I have to wait a month now. It says unlimited audiobooks and e-books on Evarand, but then makes a limit of a monthly cycle?!? It feels very unfair, for me the subscription is a lot to pay and then I can’t even finish listening to my book, even though I downloaded Everand only for that series. Imagine Netflix did this? It would be insane. I’m very disappointed.

Idk if it happened to only me, but I have signed for one month free subscription, and they deleted all my Books by two weeks in a month. Now, if I want to continue reading them, I need to pay monthly fee. How should I know that this is not common thing you are doing? What if I read Books and you just random lt delete them whenever you feel like? I am not going to continue my friendship with this app, but I loved it in the beggining and recommended it to everyone.
