Ussualy i Would leave a game like this a five star review, but it has 1 major problem: scammers now lets say im a new player another person offers me my first wl for 200 wheat - i think that i am about get a mega bargain. Now im only a new player so i dont know how things work i think that The only way to Trade is by dropping items so he brings me to his world and offers stuff He tells me to drop the items and when i drop them - He Bans me. Now i think this is unfair so i go to report and i report him, but then a few weeks later i see him in SHOP just walking trieing to scam other new players. This is a problem that is unfixable now Too many scammers since The people who get scammed become scammers cuz they want to “Earn” The stuff they lost. Now its too lateto stop The scammers but its still a great game.I higly recomend IT!

Banned after requesting a refund I was told wasn’t possible

I’ve played Growtopia since the very beginning, and that’s why this hurts so much. Over the years I put real time, effort, and money into this game. When I had an issue with an iOS purchase, I contacted Growtopia’s chatbot support and was told that a refund couldn’t be made because the purchase was done on an iPhone. I trusted that information, assumed the purchase was final, and used the items.I had never requested a refund before and honestly didn’t even understand how the process worked. Despite that, my account was permanently banned anyway. What hurts most isn’t just the ban, but the fact that no one tried to understand my situation or take responsibility for the misinformation given by their own support system. After years of loyalty, I felt completely ignored and disposable. This experience was heartbreaking and completely changed how I see the game.I truly hope someone from Ubisoft sees this and gives my case another look. Despite everything, I still love this game and the time I spend hanging out with my friends in it. Losing that hurt more than anything.

I played this game so many years and it was fun but right now i cant play because when i start the game it says “Can not make new account! Sorry but IP........... is not permitted to create NEW Growtopia accounts at this time (this can be because there is an open proxy/VPN here or abuse has come from this IP) please try again from another IP address” and i dont know what to do at this point i try from each of my other devices and it says the same thing :( but its a very fun game i really like it :)
