Bhalam integrates with Apple HealthKit to sync workouts from your Apple Watch and other wearables, read live heart rate during training sessions, and write the workouts you log back to Apple Health. You control exactly which health data types Bhalam can access via the Apple Health permission sheet, and you can revoke access any time from Settings → Apple Health & Devices or from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
