When I connected my Dyson airwrap but the image in the app is default as far as I understand, it’s not bad but I don’t like it, could you change it please in the next update to the colour of machine I own. It would be perfect!
Can’t change the language

There is no option to change the language on the settings. I change the region, but language is still English and there is no option to change it.

Hi. Thanks for leaving us a review. This might be a quick fix - the In-App language is tied closely to that of your device. Please ensure the device's settings are set to your country, this includes location and language. Once this has been updated, when logging into the App, please select your region from the options. Unacceptable — app blocks device setup

This app prevents basic device setup. Account creation is completely broken.For several months, registration fails with “Sorry, we can’t connect to the Dyson network”.This is clearly a Dyson backend failure, not a user issue — different networks, mobile data, VPNs, devices, and reinstalls were all tried.Dyson support does not respond.Selling “smart” devices with a non-functional app for such a price is unacceptable.

Hello, we’re sorry to hear you’re having problems connecting. Please check the App store description page to ensure that your region and device type are compatible with the latest version of the MyDyson App. Once successfully logged into the App. To add a compatible product, select the '+ Add product' button. If the machine isn't a compatible connected product with Bluetooth or WIFI features or doesn't appear in the list of machines, choose 'I can't see my machine'. Once on next screen, manually select the category and input the product serial number. If issues with the service persist, please speak to our local team for further support.
If wifi password changed - you need to remove and add machine again

This is unbelievable. 21c and i need to go look for info how to reconnect machine to my phone via app, and finally when i do find it - it says i need to remove machine and go though all the pairing process again. It so lame!!
