Customize your workout soundtrack by phase: choose different music for Work and Rest, switch automatically during training, and stay focused with clear timer cues.
InterBeat is a simple interval training timer built for HIIT, Tabata, running, jump rope, gym
workouts, and other work/rest training sessions.
Create custom plans, save your favorite setups, and start fast without account signup.
InterBeat helps you stay focused by handling the timing for you, with clear cues for each work and rest segment.
Music can match your training rhythm. Choose one music selection for work and another for
rest, or assign different music to each work set. During training, InterBeat automatically
switches segments and playback so you can keep moving instead of reaching for your phone.
Features:
- Create custom interval plans with work, rest, and sets
- Start workouts quickly with a clear timer experience
- Connect Apple Music to search for music and use it in the app.
- Choose work/rest music or set-by-set music
- Review session history.
- Use training cues and notifications to stay on pace
InterBeat is designed to keep workouts simple: timing first, music as an optional boost, and
core training tools available without login.
