Planzer 1.3.0 is our biggest update yet: make Planzer yours, and get things done without even opening the app. NEW • Themes: pick from seven themes or choose any color you like. Your theme follows you to every device, including your widgets and the Live Activity. Find it under Account settings → Appearance. • Done and Snooze on reminders: tick off a task or snooze it for 10 minutes straight from the notification. Tapping a reminder now opens the task. • Share to Planzer: share a link or text from Safari, Mail or any app and it lands in your inbox, with the page's title, without leaving what you're doing. • Siri and Shortcuts: "Add a task in Planzer", "Start my next task in Planzer", "Stop the Planzer timer" and "What's left today in Planzer". Requires iOS 17; Siri commands are in English. • Quick actions: press and hold the Planzer icon to add a task, open your inbox, or start or stop the timer. • Today's count on the app icon: see how many tasks are left today at a glance. • Swipe left on a task in your inbox to plan it for today or delete it. Planzer 1.2.0 keeps all your devices in sync. IMPROVED • Live sync that just works: finish or change a task on one device and it updates on your phone within a second, no need to restart the app. • Your calendar stays current: events you add or move in Google Calendar or Outlook appear in Planzer within seconds. • Work offline: no connection? Keep planning. Your changes are saved on your phone and sync automatically when you're back online. • No more lost edits: if you change the same task on two devices, Planzer keeps the other device's version and lets you tap "Use mine". • Voice and quick add understand dates better: "on Friday", "Friday next week" and "in 3 days" land on the right day. • The lock screen timer is easier to read, with more room around the time. • Your inbox opens faster. Older finished tasks load when you ask for them. Planzer 1.1 is our biggest update yet. NEW • Apple iCloud Calendar: connect it in Calendar settings to see your iCloud events and plan tasks straight onto them. • A brand-new calendar: smoother, faster, with a live "now" line. Swipe between days, and drag any task straight onto your calendar. • Know when you'll be done: today's tasks show when each one starts and ends, plus the time you'll finish your list. Meetings are worked around. • Overtime: timers keep counting past your estimate, so you see exactly how far over you are. • Sounds: timer alarms, a gentle chime while you work, and background sound (brown noise, rain or waves). All optional, in Settings → Sounds. • Routines: save a set of tasks, like your morning routine, and add it to any day in one tap. • Stretch a task on the calendar and its estimate updates to match. IMPROVED • Cleaner, consistent menus throughout the app. • "Move to inbox" puts the task at the top of your inbox. • "Remind me later" on Plan my day now waits 3 hours. FIXED • "Today" moves to the new day at midnight. • Tasks land exactly where you drop them. • Tasks from Asana and other integrations no longer show up twice. • The calendar opens at the current time. • Deadlines show the right date in every time zone. • Plus many smaller fixes.

Widgets, and your timer in the Dynamic Island • Home Screen widgets: Add Planzer in small, medium or large to see today's plan at a glance. Tick off tasks, start a timer or stop one, right from the widget. • Lock Screen widgets: See your running timer, how much is left today, or what's up next. Choose Next Task for one task or Next Tasks for two. • Timer in the Dynamic Island: When you track time and leave the app, your timer moves to the Dynamic Island and the Lock Screen. Stop it from there without opening Planzer. • Always in sync: Start or stop a timer or finish a task on the web or another device, and your widgets and timer update within seconds. • Notifications on iPhone: Reminders and notifications now arrive on iPhone. If you turned notifications on before, switch them off and on again in Planzer to start receiving them.

Planzer now follows your iPhone's light and dark mode. • New Appearance setting: choose System, Light or Dark from the menu. System switches automatically when your iPhone does, including on a schedule. • Picking Light or Dark now also applies to the keyboard and system pop-ups, so everything matches. • Fixed a dark strip that could appear above the header on newer iPhones.
