I am horrified when I saw Revolut ranked at 4.8, seriously , this is not a 4.8 company it’s 10/10 , 5/5 it’s a 101% , if you are looking for the bank of banks on line!!

Worst app and support
Applied for the company account, all looked good at the beginning, all documents verified, and out of nowhere account rejected. Even though business is already 4 years old in UK. No way to write to support in this Business app, so wrote from personal Revolut app, waited from 12pm till 6pm in support chat to get an answer that we won’t say why it is rejected, and nothing we can do about. And even said choose your other business with us. I mean really how can anyone use this service if out of nowhere anytime they can decide to reject, suspend your account. Without telling you the reason.

For €100/month you get to chat to some overworked support staff
At 9PM someone in the Revolut Business chat asks me for my personal data. I ask about the late hour and the response is: “Well, I have to work until 10PM”. There goes your customer focus – but hey, Revolut saved some money on the staff! Next stop, they need my passport data. But they already have it! “I don’t have access to see your passport”, writes the support person. So why the heck am I being chased for my personal data by someone who has it, but is not trusted enough by their own bank to see it? Horrible, horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
