Lack of usability

The application technically works well, but there are some problems with usability:
1. The application uses a lot of WebView components. WebViews show data for users much slower then native screens. It looks like your application is some MVP only, not ready product because of WebViews. Please convert at least the main of them to native screens.
2. There is no grouping transactions by date. I have to waist a lot of time to figure out a transaction date without grouping by date. I need this to transfer transactions data to my finance management system to control my finances.
3. Date of transaction is actually wrong. For example if I make a transaction on 30 April the application will show me the right date of transaction (30 April) for the first time. But this transaction has status “in hold”. When transaction will change status for example on 07 May to “withdrawal” the application shows 07 May as the transaction date. But it’s wrong. And it makes a lot of mess. In my picture of world the right transaction date in this case is 30 April. Also the web application shows the right date of transaction. Check this please.
4. A button to send a feedback doesn’t work.

Unstable and unpredictable

When it works, it's fine for general use. Though there's almost always constant issues with not being able to log in for a few times, the app just being bricked for extended periods of time (funnily enough, most of the time it hangs when a payment needs to be made)

Writing this as I just experienced another one of the "bricked" moments when needing to make a payment, kinda tired of these issues on such a crucial app.

Makes you wonder what could be breaking in an app that doesn't exactly have many updates or new features being added

Additionally, some of the UI decisions are really far up there (moon logic) and the the transition from app to website (which is needed for basically anything other than basic receiving/sending) is super clunky and uncomfortable and downright unstable when a third party gets involved.

No i dont want to reach out with my issue and troubleshoot, i'd appreciate it if my main financial app could work when i need it without going through troubleshooting

Pretty sad that i dont really have a choice in the matter as its either using this super great, not-at-all unstable and "definitely" reliable app or changing providers.

Review of new version

While new version gave new functions which were badly missed like cards management, it introduced huge reduce in functionality:
- quick balance vanished from app. To see balance I have to log in or use widget. Widget consumes mote battery constantly plus I have either to put it in different screen otherwise anybody who looks at my phone would see. So BIG usability and security loss.
- log in. After logging in I was offered to enable face id and it was usable afterwards. Big thanks for that! But why face id login stops working after a day or so? I have to log again via mobile or smart id to be able to use face id login again. This huge handicaps prevents it to be used as a modern app wallet. Make face id work all time after initial enabling! If you made a major new feature - enable it fully not as a teaser!!!
- notifications. Old app was delivering notifications all the time! That helped me to catch unauthorized transactions from my account instantly. New app delivers notifications for a short time after LOG IN. Check item above about handicaps of logins. So in order to get notications I have to relog to app almost every 3-4 hours. And that means I dont get notifications during sleep so in morning have to log in and chech transaction log instead usual glance at notifications screen.

Looking what I gained and what I lost, I have one conclussion - old app was better! New functions and half baked face id login doesn’t compensate loss of vital parts!
