Bad experience
The prices are cheaper when compared to other taxi apps, but the estimated time is always wrong, it says 2 minutes but comes in 10 minutes every time without failure, the drivers only speak Russian and have no coordination even with maps, it is good if you’re looking for cheaper rides, but Bolt taxi’s are way more accountable, overall would not recommend forus
Terrible
I've used this app for around 50 drives and most of the time i get bad experience:
- estimated time is always wrong. Usually says 1-3 minutes, but takes 5-10.
- very frequently i'll choose a driver and i'll get charges for it, only to see that the driver is not available anymore and get a refund.
- The price fluctuates constantly - app shows 5.3 eur for a ride but when i order it i get charges 5.9 for example.
It's a mess. I've been using Forus to help create some competition in local market, but they're lacking in every regard and now their price is just as high as their main competitor (ehich is better in every way).
TERRIBLE
I DO NOT recommend this taxi app at all. It aways rips off more money than it shows. The drivers are disgusting. Talking on phone while driving, not paying attention to the traffic, swearing, being mean, arguing, always, ALWAYS, wastes your time and drives in circles rather than just simply reach your destination. Worst experience I've ever had. Deleting this app.
