The Teamupp app helps improve team spirit and health and reduce absenteeism in the workplace. When a company subscribes to Teamupp, every employee has access to the app on their phone.
The principle is to reward employees who take care of themselves through a points-based challenge.
To earn points, users can suggest sports activities (internal company social network). They can also watch videos and do exercises, such as warm-ups at work, hand massages, office stretches, etc.
