Tevins is een inspectie app ontwikkeld voor makelaars. Het is bedoeld om inspecties eenvoudig, overzichtelijk en snel te kunnen doorlopen. Bij het uitvoeren van een inspectie, geschikt voor huur- en koopwoningen en bedrijfspanden, wordt de papieren uitdaging weggenomen.
Per adres, overzichtelijk weergegeven per dag, kunnen een onbeperkt aantal foto's worden genomen, incl. eventuele notities. Ook het noteren van de diverse meterstanden en het ondertekenen van de inspectie door de aanwezige partijen kan via deze app.
Na de inspectie krijgen de aanwezigen (optioneel) een e-mail toegestuurd met een overzicht van de afgeronde inspectie, incl. handtekeningen, meterstanden en foto's.
