There are some minor (very small and not too annoying) things that could be tweaked but the booking process is really smooth overall. One thing, although not directly related to the app, is the lack of liked/saved/added to favorites functionality on the website. Or it is too hard to find. I've saved some spots for later on the app hoping that I could review them on desktop. I was disappointed that I couldn't find the favorites after a long search on the website, so I guess it's not very useful for the older folks who like to read descriptions on a larger screen.Anyway, the app is great. Keep it up!

Blogiau į klientą ir į saloną orientuotos programeles nera. Pastovus nesklandumai, pastoviai neišeina užsirašyti, meta klaidas. Sistema siuntinėja laiškus, nors jokie pakitimai nei is mano nei is salono puses neįvyko. Arba salonui neberodo mano registracijos ir salonas (gerai, kad issiaugojes buvo mano telefona is anksciau) turejo skambinti klausi, o as pakeitimu nedariau ir planavau atvykti i procedūra. o jeigu nebutu man paskambinę tai meistre butu išėjusi namo, o as atsitrenkciau i uždarytas salono duris… didziausia nesąmonė dėl uzrasymu. nes ir salonui negerai nei klientui, kad negalima uzsirasyt pastoviai. taip salonas praranda klientus, vien todėl kad uzrasymai vyksta tik per treatwell, o man jau tiesiog atsibodo “kariauti” su programėle ir jų kūrėjais, kurie i pastabas nereaguoja, neatsižvelgia ir netobulina. Gaunami automatiniai laiskai, gal todėl ir nieks ten netvarkoma, nes gyvi zmones nedirba? Kaip salonas man sako - kad nulupa nemažai pinigu is paslaugų tiekėju, o paslaugų net neteikia. Jei tik išeina - rekomenduoju apeiti šia programėle dideliu spinduliu.Papildymas. Per belekiek mėnesių jokių problemu netvarko, i laiškus tiesiog nori atrašo, nori - ne.

There is no way to switch language. This makes it infuriating for tourists, business travellers, ex-pats, etc. Sure you can switch marketplace to one with your language but that literally switches you to the other marketplace and therefore does not show you the local salons of the country you’re currently in. It’s poor architecture from the ground up. The search is also awkward and gives misleading results. If I choose a specific date/time and hit search I then have to tap into the salon, tap into the service, add the service to the basket and then finally see the available times which are often not even within my search window. Arghhhhh

Completely unsatisfied with the customer experience: you have to do a bunch of button presses before you get to where you need to go; even though I have two pending orders, the app only shows one; it's hard to press the buttons at the bottom of the screen on the phone (e.g. Pedicure) because it slides under another wallpaper and is right at the edge of the phone; It doesn't work periodically - It turned out that there is no internet connection, although it is actually there, even a very good one - a fiber optic connection.This app needs a competitor, otherwise it won't improve!
