PARKING IN CITY ZONES
Pay for parking in city zones throughout all over Lithuania (in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Trakai, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, and Nida). To pay for parking (in urban areas) on city streets, turn on the GPS feature of your device, which will select the area you are in now - all you have to do is start parking.
PARKING IN BARRIER-PROTECTED UNIPARK LOTS
The UNIPARK APP activates in barrier-protected parking lots as soon as you enter the parking lot, and your vehicle registration number is scanned. You no longer need to choose a parking zone or set the parking duration, as the parking system identifies them for you, you only need to pay before leaving.
PARKING AT AIRPORTS
Planning a trip? Leave your vehicle in short-term and long-term parking lots at Vilnius (VNO), Kaunas (KUN), and Palanga (PLQ) airports. Choose from over 4,500 parking spaces throughout Lithuania. Pay with the uniPark APP.
NIDA ENTRANCE TICKET
Heading to Nida? Buy an entry ticket to Nida for the whole year through the UNIPARK APP. To purchase, click on the Services button and select "Entry ticket to Neringa" or look for the leaflet icon on the map in Neringa. Tickets purchased through the APP are valid at Alksnynė control post.

Older version was much better
I liked the older version much better, as there were no PIN codes and other things like that. Interface was much more user friendly and older graphics I liked way more. Hard to understand why the update to the app was needed.

Shady violation charges
The app automatically preselects the zone you’re in, so as usual I’ve started my payment timer. After one hour I’ve found a parking violation notice for 10€. Contacted customer support to clarify why I’m being charged for violation if I’m paying for the zone that was preselected for me, and was told that apparently I’m standing in a private Unipark’s parking zone which I should’ve selected separately. How should the customer know these things, and why the app doesn’t preselect it correctly then? The customer support told me that the app doesn’t preselect anything, but then stood corrected admitting that it preselects only the closest public zone, which obviously is confusing. I didn’t receive an apology, nor a suggestion to get my violation charge waived, nor did I get my money back for paying for their wrongly picked zone! Great example of a terrible user experience and how customer support cases should not be handled.

We apologize for the negative experience you had using our services. We would like to clarify that the app suggests parking zones closest to you based on your device's GPS location (if enabled). This is done for the user's convenience, as it narrows down the number of parking zones the user has to go through to choose the correct one. However, before starting the parking, it's important to check the signs at the parking zone to ensure you've selected the correct zone. The app doesn't automatically start the parking in the suggested parking zone, and there's always a reminder in the app to check the signs before starting the service. I do not recoment to use this app
Every time when I try to use this app, I need to log in again (Why? Why can not I stay log in?) and the worst part that it takes about 5 minutes to login, for that time you see how app tryies to load and nothing happens. It is so frustrating, especially when I am in a hurry. Then the payments, every time somethings are not okey, I need to change my payment method, usually after third time of trying I am able to pay. It is so time consuming. Again, I do not trcoment to use this app….
