- We've resolved a critical issue in the addendum workflow where the Save button was unresponsive and keyboard display obscured dictation controls. Users can now save addendums normally using the Save button, and all dictation controls (microphone, Nuance bar) remain accessible when creating multiple addendums. - Providers can now retry AI note generation from both mobile and portal if the initial note doesn’t meet their expectations — using the same transcript and form, a new version will be generated for improved accuracy. - Multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been added to enhance account security for organizations that require it. Users in MFA-enabled orgs will now complete a quick setup using an authentication app, text message, or email, and verify their identity with a code each time they log in.

- Op Note Image Updates - We’ve made several updates to improve the workflow for providers creating op reports with images: * Clearer Progress Guidance: We've added helpful subtext to each card on the Appointment page, making it easier to understand what stage you're in when creating an op note with images. * Mark Images as Ready from Upload Screen: You can now mark images as ready directly from the image upload screen—no more follow-up confirmation message required. * New User Setting: We’ve added a new user-level setting called expect_images_before_sign_off to streamline the provider workflow when completing op reports. When this setting is enabled, providers can now mark “Images Required” as true and sign off on the op report without seeing an additional prompt asking for more images. - Op Note Addendum Updates - We’ve made several updates to improve the addendum workflow for providers using Op Note in the mobile app: * Disabled Sign Off Button: After a report is signed off, the Sign Off button is now disabled until a true addendum is added—helping prevent confusion and ensuring addendums are only created when additional content is actually needed. * New Regenerate Button: You can now regenerate a report directly from the Addendum screen if changes are needed. * Editable Text Addendums: You can now edit a text addendum after it’s been created, without needing to switch to the portal. * Improved Visual Cues: We’ve added colors and subtext to the Op Note and Images cards on the Appointment screen to clarify whether an addendum is required, and whether it’s for images, text, or both.

Users are now able to pause and save their recording and come back to it at a later time to complete before generating the AI Note. Users can now switch to the newly supported languages (English & French) within the app.
