Book a personal training class at We Fit U using our easy to use app. See all our options and pick one that works with your schedule. We also have an extensive collection of fitness classes to choose from. Registration is on a first come first serve basis for each session, so check back often for your favorite class. All group exercise classes are led by certified instructors. All classes are self-paced, which means that you determine the intensity that is best for you. It’s easy; just listen to your body. We encourage you to exercise according to your fitness level. Our state-of-the-art fitness equipment and large studio space are great for a variety of classes and personal training. The Fitness Centre features the latest cardiovascular machines with embedded entertainment, a 15 station selectorized strength circuit and a variety of free weight, stability and functional equipment.
