AVA – Aspen Virtual Assistant
Meet AVA, your in-app assistant. Chat or use voice to get things done: create or find work orders and segments, manage clock-in/clock-out, comments and printed memos, create or browse part lists, and search parts or associated parts within a segment.
Customer Module
The Customer module is now available: search for customers, open a record to view full detail, and use Quick Tasks to jump to related work orders and units. You can also edit customer information.
AI Text Normalizer
An AI text normalizer has been added to the text editors in Comments, Job Steps, and Memos to help clean up and standardize entered text.
Service – Work Orders
My Reference is now included in the work order details and can be updated from the edit work order screen.
Fixed an issue where work orders created from mobile were adding the “Labor” tax‑exempt reason to every segment service code.
Service – Segments
Segment card now shows Quoted Hours as well as Elapsed Hours.
Service – Segments – Checklists
Checklist autosave has been implemented. Unsaved checklists are now saved automatically in the background.
Fix: Checklist status now refreshes reliably after save or completion, so the segment list shows the correct status.
Fix: Deleted checklist templates are handled correctly.
Added a comment option for multi‑select and single‑select questions so users can add more details.
Checklist PDFs are optimized for smaller size and fewer pages.
