Description
Travel with Digital Addressing System
The Ethiopian Digital Addressing System (EDAS) is a system that provides a unique digital address for each building, road, and neighborhood (blocks) and offers navigation services. It is integrated with a digital map and physically installed signposts and house numbers on the ground. The system is used to locate and easily identify locations, directions, and distance information from a given point. It allows users to visualize the map, search for locations, find nearby services, route suggestions, and navigation services. EDAS is a national platform currently being developed for Bishoftu Town.
