App catastrophique - hotline tout aussi mauvaise
L’application est catastrophique et mauvaise.
La fonction de récupération du mot de passe ne fonctionne pas : un message d’erreur s’affiche constamment.
Impossible de récupérer le mot de passe.
Un appel sur la hotline est tout aussi catastrophique :
La personne au téléphone ne connaît pas l’application. Une fois que j’ai enfin quelqu’un en ligne qui connaît le produit, cette personne me dit qu’un lien me sera envoyé par mail.
J’attends encore aujourd’hui ce mail…
Même tentative en envoyant un message mail au support Enovos, même 2 semaines plus tard, toujours pas de réponse….

Terrible app , couldnt charge car so many times because app is bugging

useless and outdated app. doesn’t work most of the time, so no charging possible. useless charging stations…
