How does carsharing work with FLEX?
1. choose between different types of vehicles at numerous FLEX stations throughout Luxembourg.
2. you will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking.
3. use FLEX anywhere in Luxembourg and enjoy unlimited service!
4. when your trip is over, simply return the vehicle to the booked station before the end of your reservation and end your trip in the FLEX app. The charges will be calculated automatically.
Pay only for the time booked and per kilometers driven. FLEX takes care of everything involved: service, insurance and fuel.

Obligé de déposer la voiture au même endroit, pas très Flex-ible. Et l'appli force à utiliser Apple Maps, n'importe quoi !
License validation
As a company that offer cars for travelers. Your licence validators should be on active 24/7. Arriving and expecting your services only to be told by the customer service “we can’t do anything’s and it’s the headquarters responsible”.
As customer service there is a reason to why we reach you first. Very disappointed because it is not the first time.
