FearLessMind delivers a personalised structured mental health program to address everyday fears and concerns.
You will be guided through timed programs consisting of numerous targeted mental exercises, designed to assist you in overcoming your life fears and concerns. Each program consists of several timed repetitive exercises that must be completed in order to advance to the following exercise. It’s similar to personal training but for your mental health! Once you have completed working on your concern, FearLessMind will guide you through a new program designed to work on your next concern (if it exists).
You will first answer short questions so FearLessMind can address any pressing concerns you might have. Based on this assessment, FearLessMind will offer step-by-step programs to train you to mitigate your symptoms, sleep better, and help you to lead the life that you deserve.
FearLessMind helps you to practice your program with encouragement tools and reminders that you can set up by yourself through the app settings.
FearLessMind also has advanced practices of targeted topics that you can browse, listen to, and watch at your own pace.
