Streamlined Arrival Info – We’ve simplified the options in the arrival info section during onboarding, making it easier to fill out. General Improvements – A few behind-the-scenes tweaks to keep things running smoothly.

In this update we’ve remedied some unexpected behaviour in our date selectors and updated a few external links related to visas. Fun fact: Since we’ve made some fixes to our date pickers, the date fruit is one of the oldest cultivated fruits in the world. Their name is derived from “finger” in greek.

We've added some helpful articles for you to read on the home page of the app. We've also made the overall app much more stable and added extra vertical space so smaller screens don't feel cluttered. Also, did you know that the wandering albatross has the largest wingspan of any living bird, typically ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 meters (8.2 to 11.5 feet)? These magnificent birds are true globetrotters of the Southern Ocean, capable of flying thousands of miles without landing!

A small update today to fix some of our data input fields and allow our Pack Leaders to access the app, as well as our adventurous travellers. Fun Fact: If you visited one Australian beach per day, it would take more than 32 years to see them all

Happy New Year! In our first app update of the year we’ve tackled a pesky bug that could cause the app to crash and re-styled some buttons that didn’t quite look right. We’ve also added in some of the scaffolding we need for upcoming features. Fun Fact: Different cultures have different names for rain on a sunny day. In Korean, Basque, Japanese as well as many more, it’s “A fox’s wedding” whereas in Ukraine they call it “The Mushroom Rain”. In Germany they say “The devil is making pancakes”

In today’s update, you might notice we’ve added some new information to your preparation page. This will help you get ready for your trip and give us the chance to share the most up-to-date tips and tricks with you if circumstances change. Behind the scenes, we’ve fixed some bugs and helped the app run more smoothly. Fun Fact: The smallest deer in the world is the Pudu deer, found in South America. They don’t get much bigger than 30cm tall and spend their days scampering around the forest floor

In this release you'll see some surface level changes with reigning in errant fonts and a tweaking some wording, but the bulk of work has been under the hood adding analytics. Since this update is mostly non-visible things, have a fun fact: In Australia, there's a town called "1770." Named for the year of Captain Cook's first landing in Queensland.

Just a bit of a tidy up this week, getting ready for a few new features in the coming months. We've made it easier to sign out and tweaked the experience to make the app easier to use. We also fixed a nasty bug which was showing some tours to be one day longer than they really were.

Being adventurous sometimes means going where places where the internet can be a bit... flaky! Fortunately, the Flash Pack app now stores your itinerary offline, so you can easily access it anywhere. We've also given our app icon some love and added in more info around your arrival transfer, so you know what to do when you land.
