Flexterity is a physiotherapy tool and should only be used under the guidance of a physiotherapist.

Flexterity has been designed to help parents and caregivers of children with neuromuscular disorders.
Your child’s specialist physiotherapist can create a tailored programme of exercises to suit the age and physical ability of your child and adapt these to their progress.
The exercises are demonstrated in short videos accompanied by easy to follow instructions which you and your child can follow.
Working with Specialist Neuromuscular Physiotherapists and healthcare experts, Flexterity aims to provide exercises to help the flexibility, movement and muscle control of children with neuromuscular diseases.
